Flying Mandarin Oranges

I don't believe how inconsiderate some people are ! When my father was driving me back from school one day, the car in front of us kept throwing mandarin orange peels out of his car window nonstop ! And after a long time of throwing, they threw a whole plastic bag of mandarin orange peels out the window ! If I was in that car, I would ask the driver to bring them home and use it as fertilizer for his plants. What would you tell him to do with them ?
